- Have documented quality training and Assessment systems
- Conduct internal audits (at least) annually
- Have documented agreements with any RTO partners with whom they provide training
- Have documented staff recruitment, induction and professional development processes
- Employ trainers and assessors who meet specific competencies
- Have Recognition of Prior Learning processes in place and offer it to all who enrol with them
- Adhere to strict Assessment quality assurance requirements
