Training Package: Business Services This course is for people who want to learn about information handling, and gain communication, enterprise, technology, organisational, financial and leadership skills relevant in a business administration environment. Business administration skills are useful in many different industries including all sectors of manufacturing. Possible occupations for graduates include administration officer, human resources officer, customer service officer, office supervisor, office manager, and executive assistant. Graduates will demonstrate understanding of a broad knowledge and skill base with the capacity to apply these in a wide variety of contexts and in unpredictable situations.
