| Qualification: Certificate III in Aircraft Surface Finishing
Training Package: Aeroskills This course is designed to provide formal education for aircraft maintenance workers who work at Certificate III level specialising in the surface finishing of aircraft and aircraft components to meet industry and Australian Defence Force (ADF) aviation-specific requirements. Students will learn: removal of surface coatings from aircraft/aircraft components, pre-treatment of aluminium alloy surfaces, sealing of aircraft structural seams, preparation and application of painting and refinishing materials, application of aircraft markings and specialty coatings, and workplace communication and personal skills.
