| Qualification: Certificate II in Applied Fashion Design and Technology
Training Package: Textiles, Clothing and Footwear This qualification is designed to prepare people for occupations such as trainee designer in fashion/clothing design or footwear design. This course aims to develop design capabilities and an understanding of the value of good design. The course combines technical and conceptual aspects of design. Students will develop design, technical / specialist skills and business / enterprise capabilities. You will also learn how to source information on design, develop knowledge of design terminology, how to follow design process, Occupational Health and Safety procedures, and how to work effectively with others.
